✅ What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing faults: If your furniture develops a structural issue due to craftsmanship or materials.

• Damage on delivery: If your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace or repair it at no cost.

❌ What’s Not Covered:

• Personal damage: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or natural wear and tear is not covered.

• Modifications: Any changes made to the product after delivery void the guarantee.

• Photos of the issue

• A short explanation of the fault or damage
